APRN Summit (Registration Required) Quality Improvement for the Interprofessional Team

As APRNs we are often required to design, lead, or participate in quality improvement (QI) with our interprofessional partners, but may feel ill prepared to do so. Using a real-life example, and an interactive approach, this session will guide APRNs through a quality improvement project from idea (Is this QI, evidence-based practice, or research?), through implementation (including how to pivot when things don’t go according to plan), and dissemination (sharing our knowledge with our colleagues). Participants will leave feeling more confident in their QI skills and with tools to bring back to their own organizations.
