James is a Principal nursing officer with over 9 years experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, and four years experience in neonatal nursing.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a Masters degree in CHild and Adolescent Mental Health. He is a neonatal fellow of Jefferson College of Nursing. He is the head of department for Neonatal and paediatric Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifry, College of medicine and Allied Health Sciences, University of Sierra Leone. He works at the Ola during Children's Hospital and President Julius Maada Bio Paediatric Centre of Excellence where he serve as supervisor for Special Care Baby Unit and the Specialist Outpatient Unit. He is known for his data -driven approach and creative problem- solving skills
